The studio flat has been recently renovated with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. It is very well laid out and can comfortably fit one or two people. It is very cozy and warm in the winter. It comes fully equipped with new Siemens appliances (washing machine, oven, hob, and extractor fan) and is fully furnished with everything that is needed such as a vacuum cleaner, pots, pans, etc... The platform bed has been custom made and is very comfortable. The bathroom is new and has been fitted with a high quality shower. The old wooden floors have also been restored.
The flat is in the middle of the beautiful Graefekiez. The canal is at the end of the road where you find a lot of people during the warmer months. There are lots of excellent bars and cafes on Graefestrasse and the U-bahn is literally around the corner. Being in Kreuzberg, there are also plenty of clubs and parks in the area should you so wish. It is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Berlin.
I am the current tenant and would like to sublet my place while i am away. The rent quoted above represents all my current expenses for the flat for the period: rent, nebenkosten, water, internet, electricity, etc. A deposit is not necessary. As i still live there, registering your official residence in the flat is unfortunately not possible.
