Das Apartment ist möbliert und hat ein sehr bequemes Doppelbett. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche ist vorhanden, eine Küche jedoch nicht. Es gibt aber eine Mikrowelle, einen Wasserkocher und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann gestellt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Das große Fenster zeigt nach Süden, es ist somit immer schön hell. Die Straße ist relativ ruhig für die zentrale Lage.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Kreuzberg 36 und es gibt alles was man braucht: Cafés, Restaurants und Spätis ohne Ende ganz nah. Die Markthalle 9 ist im selben Block, mit vielen verschiedenen Marktangeboten.
Die U-Bahn-Station Görlitzer Bahnhof ist 7min zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es eine Bushaltestelle 3min entfernt. Im Innenhof können Fahrräder angeschlossen werden.
Mit dem Auto kann theoretisch umsonst im Kiez geparkt werden, aber es kann schon mal etwas länger dauern, bis man einen Parkplatz findet.
Wir wohnen direkt nebenan, die zu vermietende Wohnung war mal Teil unserer und wurde abgetrennt, hat also einen separaten Eingang. Da wir kleine Kinder haben, könnte es ab und zu mal etwas lauter werden. Wir bemühen uns natürlich, das in Grenzen zu halten.
