Right in Berlin's core, this flat is on the so-called Friedrichstraße in the south of Checkpoint Charlie. Short walks (within 20minutes) to some of the sightseeing-hotspots of Berlin City (like the Brandenburger Gate oder Gendarmenmarkt) are possible, but the area around the flat is still very quiet and cozy. Ideal for first-time-visitors!
You can rent this one room flat with balcony, kitchen and bathroom (30m²) for your own or with a friend or partner. You have free access to a fast WiFi connection, a washing-mashine, an iron, a hairdryer, to the kitchen with cooking-possibility and you are for your own.
Just keep in mind to not disturb the neighbors with too much noise or music but actually I don't have any problems. One additional condition as well is that I have to ask you to water my plants while you stay at mine because I won't be in Berlin and since you are at my place I cannot ask any friends to do it. Doesn't have to be every day. Twice a week would be totally fine.

There are many metro and bus stations around. As my place is just in the centre of Berlin you can go to any part of Berlin in a very short notice.
