Ich vermiete meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung mitten im Herzen von Kreuzberg für 10 Tage (vom 07.01. - 17.01.). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und obwohl sie nicht zentraler sein könnte, ist es sehr ruhig. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, eine gemütliche Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Flur.

Cosy, quiet, best located flat in the heart of Kreuzberg close to Görlitzer Park. Beautiful Cafés, Restaurants and Bars right infront of the door. Subway (U1) and Bus (M29) to every important place a few minutes away. Best Clubs to dive into the nightlife of Berlin are close! You're going to live in a comfortable quiet studio apartment in the center of Kreuzberg. It's furnished with a cosy double-bed, desks, chairs, desk and everything you'll need. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a sink, a wooden table and two chairs. The bath has a shower and there's a washing machine.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Direkt 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist der Görlitzer Park und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es unzählige Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und du bist bei der Haltestelle "Ohlauer Straße", von wo der Bus M29 alle wichtigen Teile Berlins anfährt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und du bist am Görlitzer Bahnhof, von wo die U1 quer durch die Stadt fährt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Lidl, Aldi, Penny aber auch Biomärkte sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Auch Clubs und angesagte Bars sind nicht weit zu Fuß, sodass du dir keine Gedanken machen musst, wie du nachts nachhause kommst.

The location is absolutely awesome! The flat is extremely quiet because it's in the backyard but when you leave the house you're at one of Berlins most popular places. Everywhere you find cosy cafés, nice restaurants and fancy bars. Also cool dance-clubs you can reach on foot and dive right into the fabulous nightlife of Berlin. In close parks like the Görlitzer Park, Hasenheide or a bit further the Flugfeld Tempelhof you can recover from the overwhelming urban life. If you want to go grocery shopping you find here possibilities everywhere. From high quality organic stores to cheap discounters you can reach everything in less than 10 minutes walking. If you want to discover Berlin, the traffic connection couldn't be better. You walk 5 minutes to the bus station "Ohlauer Straße". From there you can take the M29 to get easily to every "important" place in Berlin in less than 20 minutes (which is nothing for a huge city like Berlin ;)). Also the subway U1 is not far, which takes you directly to Warschauerstraße, Schlesisches Tor, Kottbusser Tor and Kurfürstendamm, which is all worthy to visit.
