Ich bin Matt und ich suche eine saubere und zuverlässige Person für eine Zwischenmiete in August.
Die Wohnung ist top und deswegen möchte ich gerne diesen Zustand behalten.
Ich lasse meine Möbel zur Verfügung, also brauchst du nur dein Gepäck und alles wird gut laufen :)
Es gibt einen Balkon um frische Luft zu genießen :)
Die Warmmiete ist von 800€ pro Monat (inkl. Kaltmiete, Strom, Internet) und ich nehme eine Kaution von 500€.
Wichtige Punkte :
- Kein Rauchen aufm Balkon
- Anmeldung ist nicht möglich
