Die Wohnung ist 40 Quadratmeter groß, liegt in direkter Nähe zum Mehringdamm und ist voll möbliert und gut ausgestattet. Sie besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit Küche, Sofa, Bett und einem abgetrennten Bad mit Klo.
Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt - in 5 Minuten bist du im Bergmannkiez, mit vielen tollen Restaurants, der Markthalle und Supermärkten und du hast 3 U-Bahn-Stationen (Mehringdamm, Gneisenaustraße, Hallesches Tor) fußläufig in deiner Nähe. Außerdem liegt der Landwehrkanal direkt in der Nähe, der wunderbar zum Spazieren einlädt. Es gibt einen Innenhof, wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.

The location is really perfect - in 5 minutes you are in the Bergmannkiez, with many great restaurants, the market hall and supermarkets and you have 3 underground stations (Mehringdamm, Gneisenaustraße, Hallesches Tor) within walking distance. In addition, the Landwehr Canal is close by, which is great for walking. There is a courtyard where you can park your bike.
