I am looking for a tenant to take over my contract. This is a nice bright studio in an excellent location with balcony, modern bathroom and kitchen. Right next to park.
I would recommend the new tenant to the Hausverwaltung. The takeover date would be 1 November, but this needs to be confirmed by Hausverwaltung. I would hand over the apartment to the new tenant in "as-is" condition (it's in good condition).
I would like to sell the kitchen cabinets, kitchen drawers, wardrobe mirror, and balcony furniture to the new tenant. Total cost 400 euros.
The new tenant must be able to show:
- payslips for last three months sufficient to cover rent (three times rent)
- good Schufa (request now)
- proof of citizenship/residency
