I will be writing in English for the sake of everyone, aber wir können auch gerne auf Deutsch schreiben.
The place is a beautiful "Altbau" that got recently renovated. It's at the heart of IMO one of the most beautiful areas in Kreuzberg and Berlin for that matter: Graefekiez. Close to the canal and to many parks, markets, transport and whatnot. Really, everything.
It's a 1.5 room flat looking towards the inside patio (when winter does not create eternal nights, it does get beautiful light), with the built-in kitchen or dining-room upon entry, the bathroom and storage to the right, and then the main living-room and bedroom in succession. The flat is unfurnished but comes with a nice built-in kitchen.
The flat is still being rented, thus no visits for now. However, feel free to reach out and I can show it to you digitally.

As mentioned before, the place is extremely well connected. No need to say much. U8 Schönleinstr. station is one or two minutes away walking distance. Hermannplatz or Kottbusser Tor are also very close - but not too close, which is good ;)
Everything is around you. Groceries, markets, all sorts of activities, the Kreuzberger Canal and lots of beautiful green areas! Google map it!
The place does not have a lift (not towards this flat) so sadly no wheelchair access! Other than that, the flat is ideal for singles or couples, has been freshly renovated and though unfurnished, comes with a sleek built-in kitchen. It has pretty wooden doors with color-glass, modern network connections (cable internet, DSL, phone) and a quiet indoors.
