Balkon mit Blick auf den Kanal

Vermiete meine wunderschöne, frisch renovierte und modern voll möblierte 2-Zimmer-wohnung.
Vom Wohnzimmer geht es auf einen großen, sonnigen Balkon mit Blick über den Kanal und Kreuzberg, wo man den Frühlingsanfang genießen kann. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine usw. und halboffen zum Wohnzimmer und Flur hin.
Außerdem gibt es einen Wäschetrockner und ein neues Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 1,80x2 m Bett und großer Schrank wo ich eine Hälfte ausräumen kann.

Ich vermiete bis zum 25ten April, ein paar Tage weniger oder länger wären auch in Ordnung.

I Rent my beautiful, newly renovated and modern, fully furnished 2-room apartment. The living room leads onto a large, sunny balcony with a view over the canal and Kreuzberg, where you can enjoy the beginning of spring. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher etc. and is semi-open to the living room and hallway. There is also a tumble dryer and a new bathroom with underfloor heating. In the bedroom there is a 1.80x2 m bed and a large closet where I can clear out half of it. I'm renting until April 25th, a few days less or more would be fine too. More photos on request.
