Die Wohnung ist möbliert, wie auf den Bildern, zu vermieten.

Lage:
Zum Bahnhof Lichtenberg braucht 15 min zu Fuß. Ich fahr mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof. In der Zeit kann daher auch mein Fahrrad genutzt werden, um zum Bahnhof zu kommen. Ansonsten braucht man etwa 10 min zum Bus und zur Tram (Bus 256, 240, Tram 21). Rewe und andere Einkaufsläden in 10 -15 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Ich suche jemanden ruhiges. Geraucht werden kann auf dem Balkon. Ansonsten kann man hier frei leben. Benutzt werden darf alles.
Gerne können wir einen Termin zur Besichtigung aus machen und über alles Weitere reden.

I am traveling for 2.5 months and am looking for a subtenant for my 1-room apartment in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The apartment is available from February to mid-April (end of March would also be possible)
The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures.

- Sublease contract
- No registration possible
- No cellar available
It takes 15 minutes to walk to Lichtenberg station. I ride my bike to the station. I can therefore also use my bike to get to the station during this time. Otherwise it takes about 10 minutes to the bus and tram (bus 256, 240, tram 21). Rewe and other stores within 10-15 minutes walking distance.
I am looking for someone quiet. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. Otherwise you can live here freely. Everything can be used.
We are happy to make an appointment for a viewing and talk about everything else.
