Super Wohnung für Studenten - Great student flat fully furnished

Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz:

- Tram-/Bushaltestelle mit Anschluss an M17, 27, 37, 296 (6 Min. zu Fuß)
- U-Bhf Tierpark mit Anschluss an die U5: in 15 Minuten am Alex (10 Min. zu Fuß oder eine Station mit der Tram)

Obwohl man jetzt Lichtenberg nicht als Szenestadtteil kennt, ist die Lage der Wohnung für Studenten echt super:

- super Anbindung an beide Campi der HTW Berlin (2 Minuten zu Fuß oder Viertelstunde mit Tram)
- Katholische Hochschule für Sozialwesen (Tram eine Station oder einen Kilometer zu Fuß)
- auch super zur HWR Lichtenberg (15 Minuten mit Tram)
- TU Campus Adlershof (23 Minuten mit ÖPNV)
- Humboldt Uni (Friedrichstraße in einer halben Stunde mit ÖPNV)


Außerdem gibt es hier neben vielen Studenten mit der Aribar (https://www.facebook.com/AriBarBerlin?fref=ts) und der Treslounge (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Treslounge/108741209164532) super Studentenbars in direkter Nähe! Die Getränke sind günstig wie nirgendwo anders und coole Parties gibt es oft genug.


Sportmöglichkeiten gibt es zudem viele: Fußball, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Kraftraum und die Sporthallen der HTW (auch mit einem eigenen Fitnessstudio). Einen Musikraum gibt es hier auch noch.

Bargeld ist durch Automaten der Sparkasse (in nächster Nähe), Volksbank, Postbank und der Commerzbank (Tierpark oder Karlshorst) auch immer gesorgt

Even though Lichtenberg isn’t known for being trendy or so- the apartment is situated perfectly for students:

- Humboldt Uni (Friedrichstraße is reachable in 23 minutes with oublic transportation)
- great linkage to HTW Berlin (2 minutes on foot or 15 minutes by tram to other campus)
- or to Katholische Hochschule für Sozialwesen (one stop away by tram or one kilometer on foot)
- also great linkage to HWR campus Lichtenberg (15 minutes by tram)
- TU Berlin campus Adlershof is only 23 minutes away with public transportation


Many students live here, so it’s not difficult to meet new friends. Besides there are awesome student bars such as Aribar (https://www.facebook.com/AriBarBerlin?fref=ts) or Treslounge (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Treslounge/108741209164532) really nearby. Their drinks are so dirt cheap and they throw great parties, too.


Nearby there are also many possibilities to do sports: football, table tennis, volleyball, gym and sports hall of the HTW are close by. There is also a music room here.
