I am subletting my lovely 1-room apartment with a separate kitchen and bathroom in Lichtenberg, Berlin.
The apartment is furnished with a bed (90x200), an extra mattress for your visitors, a small sofa, couch table, and TV. The apartment is on the 9th floor, lift is available, a small kitchen with everything (fridge, electric hot plate, oven), a small bathroom with washing machine. The internet connection is also available.
5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U5, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum M27/37/17. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. 20 Min braucht man bis zu Alexanderplatz mit der U5, 3 min zu S/U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee.
Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW) nur 3 min mit der U5 entfernt.
Mehr als 5 Supermärkte im Umkreis von 5-7 Gehminuten.
