Die Wohnung hat ca. 33 m², Flur, Bad, Küche und Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Sie verfügt über Badewanne, Waschmaschine, WLAN etc. Sie befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk einer sanierten Platte mit toller Aussicht. Nette Nachbarn, ruhige Gegend. Zahlreiche nahe Supermärkte.
Die nächste Station Hohenschönhausen hat S-Bahn, Tram, viele Buslinien und Regionalverkehr und ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es braucht 15 Bahn-Minuten zum Ostkreuz.

Since I work on projects outside the city from time to time, I will be subletting my place in Berlin Lichtenberg.
