Ich biete eine teilmöblierte 1 Zimmerwohnung für den Monat Oktober an.
Ich ziehe in dieser Wohnung erst ab dem 1. 11 ein (eventuell auch später) und suche daher Jemanden der die Wohnung Zwischenzeitlich übernimmt.

Die Wohnung ist 35qm und ist schön Hell und frisch renoviert.
Ihr habt in der Küche alles was ihr braucht. Im Schlafzimmergibt es 2 Matratzen und eine kleine Kommode.
Ihr könnt gerne Möbel mitbringen, falls ihr das möchtet.

Wichtig ist, dass die Person sich um die Wohnung gut kümmert und Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn nimmt.

PS: WLAN UND WASCHMASCHINE SIND NICHT Vorhanden.

(EN) I am offering an semi furnished 1 bedroom apartment for the month of October.
I'm not moving into this apartment until November 1st (possibly later) and I'm therefore looking for someone to take over the apartment in the meantime.

The apartment is 35sqm and is beautifully bright and newly renovated. Rent: 700€

You are welcome to bring furniture if you wish.
You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. In the bedroom 2 mattresses and a small commode.

It is important that the person takes good care of the apartment and shows consideration for the neighbors.
