Hi I am looking for a long term flatmate, preferably a woman. The apartment is 66 square meters and on a beautiful street in Mitte a five minute cycle to Torstrasse, and a five minute cycle to the Tiergarden. The apartment is extremely clean, with great light and two rooms. Your room would be the smaller bedroom in the back of the apartment that looks out onto a quiet courtyard.
There is a kitchen with a dishwasher, and there at the moment there is no washing machine although that is coming within the next couple weeks. The big room is my bedroom and I will put a desk/table in there that can be used by both flatmates but with respect since it will also be my bedroom.
