Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines neu renovierten Hauses und auch die Wohnung wurde vor 4 Monaten komplett renoviert! Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer und in einem weiteren Zimmer befindet sich die Küche. Ich ziehe ab sofort aus und somit ist die Wohnung auch ab sofort verfügbar, entweder nur für 1-3 Monate oder auch unbefristet. Falls du/ihr nur für einen bis 3 Monate einziehen wollt kann ich auch die Waschmaschine, den Schreibtisch und weitere Möbel in der Wohnung lassen. Bei Interesse an einer unbefristeten Miete würde ich dich weiter an die Hausverwaltung leiten und ihr würdet den Mietvertrag machen.
Die Anbindung ist echt top! 2 min zur Bahnstation, welche direkt bis zum Hbf Berlin durchfährt. Ansonsten ist man in 30-40 min in Friedrichshain und in 50 min an der Friedrichstrasse. Mit dem Auto brauche ich bis zur Friedrichstrasse ca. 30 min. Einkaufszentrum ist zu Fuss ca 3 min entfernt( Rewe, Penny etc. )
