Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert, außerdem gibt es eine große Gemeinschaftsküche, eine Lobby und einen Lernraum, in dem immer mal wieder Partys und gemeinsame Abende stattfinden oder man sich einfach so mit anderen Mitbewohnern treffen kann. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen eigenen Wasch- und Fahrradkeller.
Das Wohnheim liegt super zentral in Berlin-Mitte/Kreuzberg und ist sowohl mit dem Bus als auch mit der U-Bahn sehr gut angebunden.
