Offering my 1-Room apartment for a permanent sublease. Its fully furnished and comes equipped with new Washing machine and Fridge. Fast W-Lan and all other side costs included.

Minor changes can be agreed on but the furniture can't be removed. The pictures are not a 100% up to date but its more or less the situation. There is a bigger carpet meanwhile etc...

The lease is a sub lease agreement. You won't be able to get a direct contract with the landlord. But we will make a contract and you can do your registration as well.

I won't be able to live in the apartment myself for a longer period and we can set up a minimum agreed on period for your convenience.

The yard is meanwhile used for some gardening and neighbor chats. Its nice surroundings anyways and nice neighbors. There is the chance of having a few plants by yourself or on the outer window shelfs. Parties are not a good idea as there is a elderly couple living right above.

"Anmeldung" (Registration) possible for one person. Also I want to particularly emphasize its a 1- Person apartment. Im looking for 1 Person only (!)

I'd very much appreciate a meeting in person (single viewing) to get to know each other a little and giving the opportunity to talk about details.
