Hallo,
ich biete meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete von 01.08 bis 31.09 an, weil ich im Sommer für 2 Monate nach Freiburg gehe. Gerne können wir die Mietzeit auch etwas anpassen bzw. verlängern.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock eines Hinterhauses (Neubau von 1995) und ist sehr ruhig. Nachts kann man ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Die Wohnung ist 39 qm groß und komplett eingerichtet, mit einem SUPER großen Balkon Richtung Süden (siehe Fotos). Weiterhin gibt's eine Einbauküche, DSL + WLAN, Waschmaschine im Keller, Kleiderschrank, Doppelbett, Couch, Tisch, Schreibtisch und Kochgeschirr + Utensilien.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral:
- U-Bahn Märkisches Museum (U2) nur 3 Min entfernt
- U-Bahn Heinrich-Heine-Str. (U7) nur 7 Min entfernt
- Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür (248)
- Alexanderplatz zu Fuß 15 Min
- LIDL direkt vor der Tür
- Kaisers 10 min zu Fuss entfernt (hat bis 24 Uhr offen)
- Prenzlauer Berg mit U2 in 15 min erreichbar
- Kreuzberg in 15 min zu Fuss erreichbar
Weiterhin kannst du mein Fahrrad benutzen und bist damit super mobil! Berlin ist wie geschaffen für Fahrräder.
Zum Internet: Ich besitze 100Mbit Glasfaser Internet + Telefonflatrate ins deutsche Festnetz.
