As i am moving out to somewhere else, i am renting my flat for the first time until my contract ends. Only for once in august.

Its a 25m2 studioflat with a balcony. There are not so many personal stuff, since i moved out. So you will have your own space and basic things to live and cook. :)

A small kitchen part with two electrical cookers, a tiny refrigerator, cutlery and the other kitchenware.

A tiny bathroom with a closet and shower.

Bed room with a single real bed and a single air mattress. It is ideal for 1-2 person. But you can also try to stay 3 person if you want. But then you have to buy or bring another bigger air mattress. (you can find it in rossman down there about 25 euro)
A desk, which is also useful as a dinnertable. An office chair and two other chairs. A huge empty wardrobe for you. 3-4 shelves for your books and other stuff.

Wlan internet, laundry room, parkplace for your bike at the garden.

Minimum stay: 5 nights!

Price includes unlimited 24/7 wireless internet, linen & towels.


You have access to the laundry room, where you can wash and dry your clothes. Wash machines are working with a coin which costs about 2.5 Euro.

i am moving near to there, 15 min by subway. i will also be in Berlin at the time of your residence. So you can reach me by telephone any time by any problem.
