Hallo ihr Lieben,
fast 3 Jahre habe ich in Mitte gelebt. Nun ist Tapetenwechsel für mich angesagt. Daher wird meine 1-Zimmerwohnung Ecke Friedichstrasse/Leipziger Strasse frei. Sie ist klein aber fein. Die Küche und das Zimmer haben Blick auf die Friedrichstrasse. Zur Ubahn Station Stadtmitte U6 sind es zu Fuß ca. 2 Minuten und zur U2 5 Minuten. Die M48 Busstation: Leipzigerstrasse/Stadtmitte ist fast direkt vor der Haustür sowie zum Einkaufen Kaisers, dass bis 24 Uhr Mo-Sa geöffnet ist. Zum Potsdamer Platz benötigt man 12 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Miete beträgt Warm : 420 Euro.
Mein Telefonvertrag läuft bis zum 26. Septemeber 2015 und müsste übernommen werden. Das wären 19,90 Euro pro Monat für Wlan/DSL Flat und Flatrate ins dt. Festnetz.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen Aufzug plus einen kleinen Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist ab Mitte Juli frei. Allerdings bin ich sehr flexibel mit den Terminen.
