hi guys.
i offer my apartement as long as i go on vacation in italy.
it's a cute small place for at least three people to sleep in.
you have perfect connection for bus, s-bahn and u-bahn aswell as good shopping places for food and other important things you need to survive. you enter the classic berlin neighbourhood. the place where mostly people that actually are from berlin, live. means you find any classy food from around the globe, especially arabic, libanese kitchen in that area. in comparison to kreuzberg or neukölln, not as many students live in this area so to make party you will have to move to different districts of berlin.
but still, to hang out, have good coffee and food plus the original air of berlin surrounding you is a great atmosphere and place to discover
you also find internet cafes just around the corner.
it's the perfect place if you come to berlin to visit the city and need a place at night to sleep and rest.
my neighbours are all very sweet people so turn up your music, open the bottle of red wine and celebrate!

you got s-bahn (Ring 41/42) just around the block, takes you 5 min. to get there by feet, aswell as the TXL bus service which rides all day long between airport Tegel TXL and Hauptbahnhof Berlin. So basically you can get anywhere pretty fast.
you also have U-bahn service at Turmstraße, is like 10 min by feet.
