Die Wohnung wird komplett eingerichtet vermietet. Das heißt, bis auf deine persönlichen Gegenstände ist alles vorhanden, was man zum entspannten Wohnen braucht. Du kannst quasi mit einem Koffer anreisen und dich wie zuhause fühlen.
Abgesehen von nebensächlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie einem bombastischen Wasserdruck und Warmwasser, was innerhalb von Sekunden fast kochend aus der Leitung kommt, verfügt die Wohnung über einen Gasherd- und ofen, einen Internetanschluss mit 25Mbit/s Flatrate und WLAN, ISDN-Telefon mit Flatrate.

I am leaving the country, so I want to sublet my nice, renovated apartment in the very heart of the city. The apartment has 37m², one big room, doorway, kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment will be sublet completely furnished. That means, other than your personal belongings, everything you need for a comfy living is already here. You can basically move in with just your luggage and feel at home.
Besides conveniences like water that comes from the tub with a bombastic pressure temperature that is almost boiling in seconds, the apartment has a 25Mbit/s Internet flatrate plus wifi and a telephone flatrate.

Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock im Hinterhaus gelegen und daher sehr hell und ruhig.
Man erreicht zu Fuß in 5min 6 Buslinien, in 10min die U9 bzw. die Ringbahn. Mit dem TXL ist man in 15min am Flughafen Tegel bzw. am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad (was mit in der Miete enthalten ist) kommt man in 10min zur TU. Die Spree ist auch nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants / Imbisse (asiatisch, italienisch, amerikanisch, arabisch, türkisch, polnisch).

The apartment is located in the 2nd floor of a quiet rear building and is quite bright.
You can reach public transportation bus lines within 5min and the railway and metro within 10min by foot. Tegel airport as well as central the railway station are only 15min away by bus. By bike (that is included in the costs), the technical university can be reached within 10min. The river Spree is basically at your doorstep. In the immediate vicinity are several restaurants / snack bars (asian, italien, american, arabic, turkish, polish).

Da ich gerade meine Masterarbeit schreibe, bin ich viel zu Hause und zeitlich recht flexibel.
