Schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Mitte

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin (Rosenthaler Platz/ Mitte) zur Untermiete vom 15.12.23 bis 15.06.24 für 6 Monate, da ich im Ausland sein werde.

Die Wohnung ist 34 qm groß und befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus in der 5. Etage. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Die Wohnung wird von mir vollmöbliert vermietet, ausgestattet mit einem Bett (140x200cm), einer Kommode, 2 Kleiderstangen, einer Couch und einem Tisch. Die Küche beinhaltet alle nötigen Utensilien (Teller, Tassen, Pfannen etc.), einen Kühlschrank, Herd, Regal, Tisch und 4 Stühle. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine.

WLAN ist vorhanden.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Bezirk Mitte, direkt auf der Torstraße zwischen Rosenthaler Platz und Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, wo man alles findet, was das Herz begehrt (Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte etc.). Der schöne Weinbergspark befindet ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Zum Alexanderplatz, Hackeschen Markt oder Prenzlauer Berg sind es nur wenige Minuten.

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 800 € inklusive Strom und WLAN.
Die Kaution beträgt 1000 €.
Die Zahlung der 1. Miete sowie Kaution müssen spätestens am Tag des Einzuges in Bar, per Überweisung oder Paypal erfolgen.

Ein Untermietvertrag wird vereinbart!
Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist am 02./03.12.23 möglich.

Achtung:
Ich suche jemanden, der sauber und ordentlich ist und kein Problem mit Putzen hat. Die Wohnung soll gut behandelt und gepflegt werden!
Einzelpersonen werden bevorzugt. Außerdem bitte nur bewerben, wer die Miete und Kaution auch wirklich zahlen kann. Danke!

I'm renting out my 1-room apartment in the center of Berlin Mitte (Rosenthaler Platz/ Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz) from 15th December 2023 until 15th of June 2024. The supplet is limited for 6 months as I will travel.

The apartment is 34 qm and located in a quiet building in the back on the 5th floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator.

The apartment will be rented out fully-furnished with a large bed, commode, clothes rails, a couch and table (you can't see on the pictures but will be there). The kitchen is equiped with all utensils, a fridge, oven and a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washing machine.

Wifi is included.

The apartment is right in the center of Berlin, 2 mins to Rosenthaler Platz/ Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz (U8/U2). Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz and Prenzlauer Berg is right around the corner, you only need 10 mins by feet. The beautiful Weinbergspark is also just around the corner. You've got the best neighborhood around with lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets - all you need!

The rent is 800 €, power and wifi included. The deposit is 1000 €. The first rent and deposit needs to be paid in cash or via transfer (or Paypal) as soon as you signed the contract.

There will be a contract/ Untermietvertrag.
A Viewing is possible on the 2nd and 3rd of December 2023.

Important:

I'm looking for a person that treats the apartment in the best way and has no problem with cleaning. It should be kept neat and maintained. Single persons preferred.
Also you should be able to pay the rent and deposit on time!
