Da ich im Januar Berlin aus beruflichen Gründen für einen Monat verlassen werde, suche ich für meine kleine und gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin Mitte einen ruhigen Untermieter.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und ist trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig gelegen.
Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Oranienburgerstraße. Die Tramstation Monbijouplatz, U8 Weinmeisterstraße und S-Oranienburgerstraße sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Es gibt einen kleinen Edeka in der Straße, zahlreiche Cafés und Galerien. Die Museumsinsel und jegliche Touristenattraktionen sind gleich um die Ecke.

Since I won't be in Berlin in January for work related reasons, I am looking for someone who would like to rent my apartment for a month.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street near Oranienburgerstraße. The tram station Monbijouplatz, underground station Weinmeisterstraße and S Oranienburgerstraße are close by and within walking distance. The so called 'Museum Island' and many other touristy attractions are just around the corner.
If you're interested, I'd be happy about a short personal mail with some infos about yourself.
