Hallo liebe Berlin - Besucher,
ich fahre spontan in die Ferien und möchte meine kleine gemütliche Wohnung für zwei Wochen vermieten.
Die Lage ist toll. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhof gelegen ist, lebt man sehr ruhig, obwohl man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Kastanienallee oder dem Rosenthaler Platz braucht. Dort findet man zahlreiche Cafés und Bars.
Ein kleiner Park ist auch direkt um die Ecke, der Arkonaplatz.Freitags findet dort ein Markt statt und Sonntags Flohmarkt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist auch sehr gut, die U8 und die Tram erreicht man in drei Minuten.
Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich und eher einfach eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht um zu wohnen.
