I will no longer live in this apartment in December 01,

therefore i am looking for a new tenant to replace me.

Please understand i will ONLY reply to those who really read all what i wrote ＆also introduce a bit of themselves, thank you ：）

＊The rent date can be only start from December 01, 2017

＊this is an SINGLE apartment ,only 1 person can register ,
it could be too small for 2 people.

＊30 sec to the bus stop, 7 min to metro, 2 metro stations to Alexanderplatz.

＊WIFI, Furniture, Kitchen, microwave, stove, fridge included.

＊Elevator

＊Anmedung? YES

＊Concierge service from Mon-Fri.

＊Vacuum, iron, iron board, guest bed can be borrow from Concierge office.

＊There is a club house in this apartment where you can have party.

＊ No Schufa (request now) or 3 months pay slip needed

地點： U8 Heinrich-heine Straße站
(Mitte和Kreuzberg交界),離Alexander platz僅兩站，附近超多好玩的地點如： Markt Halle neuen, Berlin Arena, East Gallery, Spree 河, zalando Outlet...等等，離Die neue Schule也近。

公寓：Fizz Apartment
大小：23平米，兩人住有點小，因為它本來就是設計成單人公寓。
日期：12月1號起，恕無法提早，至少住到明年9月30號，可延長。
租金：711歐，暖租
已包含水電、網路、暖氣、維修費用、管理費

＊可Anmeldung（限學生）
＊附傢俱（床、床墊、書櫃、衣櫃、書桌、椅、微波爐）
＊有自己的廁所、沖澡間、小廚房，樓下有洗衣間，公寓附有大廳、電影區、和開趴用的Club House、還有可以放大型雜物的地下室。
＊有電梯、有門房（收包裹不用在家等整天）、有常駐維修人員
＊可跟門房免費借打掃用品、吸塵器、熨斗、燙衣板，也可租借訪客用折疊床（此項需付費）。
