aufgrund Arbeitsortswechsels ziehe ich nicht in folgende Wohnung ein, die also frei ist:
Torstr. 161 SFl. 1.OG, 55 m², Bad mit Wanne, Dielen, Durchlauferhitzer und Heizung (Gas), renoviert, Wohnküche mit Einbauküche, 1 Zimmer mit Schrank + Schreibtisch, im Flur mit Oberboden, Ofenheizung, Keller, kalt 250 Euro plus Gas/Strom (laut Vormieter ca. 65 Euro /Monat). Befristet auf ein Jahr. Bei Auszug keine Schönheitsreparaturen erforderlich. Kohlen+Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank+Spülmaschine gibt es wegen dem angefangenen Monat für 100 Euro dazu. Der Vermieter benötigt einen Verdienstnachweis und eine Personalausweiskopie.
