Ich suche: 1,5-2 Zimmer in Berlin, gerne auch außerhalb des Rings.
Ich biete: Meine 1-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Mitte, nähe U-Bahnhof Bernauer Str., ideal angebunden an die U8.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie im 1. Hinterhaus liegt. Durch die großen Fenster ist sie auch sehr hell.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur, einem etwa 20m² großem Zimmer, Bad mit Dusche und einer Küche. Derzeit beträgt die Miete 360 € warm, inkl. Kabelfernsehen. Es kann sein, dass die Hausverwaltung die Miete bei einer Neuvermietung anhebt.
Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug vor drei Jahren frisch saniert, auch das Bad sieht top aus.
