Hi all,
I am searching for a new tenant for 1st October for the following student only apartment:
- 5th floor with approx. 24.58 sqm
- with balcony (see photo for the view)
- total rent 579 € (Kaltmiete 499,00€ + Nebenkosten 80,00€ )
If interested I can also sell furniture.
As mentioned above you need to be student to enter the building, but you can then stay longer even after you graduate (I did the same). The tv tower is 10 minutes away, and Alexander platz is the one best connected places in Berlin.
The apartment has a balcony also (See picture) and small kitchen, additionally there is a storage area in the basement. Finally, there is also parking for bicycles in the basement.
The following documents are needed. The documents I need to have them until friday in order to send them to the company that manages the building, I need to do this 4 weeks before the months end. Viewing are also possible after 17 o'clock.
-Copy of ID card(s)
(Front- and backside from the tenant and the guarantor).
- 3 last salary slips or copy of working contract (including all signatures)
which can cover the monthly rents
- Certificate of enrollment at the university or any other proof that you are a
student or trainee
