The place is a residence called The Fizz, I’m looking for a Nachmieter which means you can take over the contract and get the Anmeldung. A one time 150€ fee will be charged by The Fizz.
The apartment includes a kitchen, bed and bathroom with WC and shower, there’s also a community kitchen where you can bake, cook and hangout with friends. Also there is a community laundry. The Apartment is also located on the first floor.
