Hallo,

ich suche einen Nachmieter/in für meine Wohnung in Moabit. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und besteht aus einem Raum mit Balkon. Die Miete liegt bei 300 Euro kalt und rund 70 Euro kommen dazu als Warmmiete. Der Vertrag wird über einen längeren Zeitraum sein (wahrscheinlich 3 Jahre Mindestmietdauer - allerdings könnt ihr nach Absprache schon vorher raus - es wird nur nicht jemand für einen kurzen Zeitraum gesucht).

In den Bildern könnt ihr sehen, was alles in dem Abschlag enthalten ist.
Dadurch, dass ich die Küche erst vor einem Jahr gekauft habe - Originalpreis lag bei 3700 Euro (gerne zeige ich euch auch die Original Rechnung) liegt der Abschlag insgesamt bei 4000 Euro. Enthalten sind dabei auch noch
der Tisch, 2 Stühle, Vorhänge, Lampen - 4 Stück, Garderobe bzw. offener Kleiderschrank, Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine und Schuhregal aus Obstkisten, Spiegel.

Der neue Mieter sollte ungefähr ein Einkommen von 1200 Euro haben. Es werden die ganz normalen Dokumente also 3 Einkommensnachweise, Schufa (request now) und Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung benötigt.

Die Besichtigung wird am 01.08. und 02.08 stattfinden.

I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in Moabit. The apartment is super central and consists of a room with a balcony. The cold rent is 300 euros and around 70 euros is added as a warm rent. The contract will be for a longer period (probably 3 years minimum rental period - but you can get out by arrangement before - the landlord is just not looking for someone for a short period).

In the pictures you can see what is included in the take over costs.
Because I bought the kitchen only a year ago - the original price was 3700 euros (I would be happy to show you the original invoice), the discount is a total of 4000 euros. It also includes:
the table, 2 chairs, curtains, lamps - 4 pieces, wardrobe/ open wardrobe, bed with frame and mattress, fridge and washing machine and shoe rack made of wooden boxes, mirror.

The new tenant should have a regular salary at around 1200 Euro and the normal documents as Schufa (request now) , 3 Salaray slips and the certificate of no rent debts will be needed for application.

The apartment visit will be the 01.08 and 02.08.
