Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter*in für eine möblierte 35m^2 Wohnung in Moabit (zwischen Westhafen und Birkenstraße). Der Altbau besitzt einen langen Flur, ein kleines Bad, einen großen lichtdurchfluteten Wohnraum und eine schöne Küche.
Die Sonne scheint morgens in die Wohnung, sodass auch im Sommer angenehme Temperaturen herrschen.
Die Wohnung ist schon zum 01.04. abzugeben. Die Wohnung kostet 360€ kalt und ca. 440€ warm.
Für die Möbel möchten wir gerne 1200€ VB. Alles, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist im Preis enthalten.
Sowohl zur S-Westhafen als auch zum U-Birkenstraße braucht man ca. 6 min. zu Fuß und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unter 5 min. zu erreichen (Penny, Edeka Center).
Der Fritz-Schloss-Park ist auch in ca. 10 min zu erreichen und zum Plötzensee gelangt man in ca. 15-20 min.
