This is my lovely little flat in Berlin, Moabit. I will move to London the beginning of September, so my flat will be open for rent and I would love to find someone to swap my place with! Anyone from London interested to move to Berlin, feel free to get in touch!
About the place: it’s a single room apartment, so no flat mates, fully furnished, registration (Anmeldung) possible! Central area Moabit, well connected, especially nice for students/ young folks. 700€ for rent (+ electricity + gas would be on top) - limited 1 year stay with the possibility to extend.
About me: I will start my Master's degree in Interior Design at the Royal College of Art. This September I turn 25, have lived in Spain and Berlin for the past 5 years and looking for a flat share in SW/ SE London to get to know people right from the start.
