ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 20.02.2023 bis zum 30.04.2023. Die Miete beträgt pauschal, inklusive allem (Internet, Strom, alle Nebenkosten) monatlich 850 €. Ich werde alle Möbel, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind in der Wohnung lassen. Die Wohnung hat im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer einen 6 m² Balkon, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Herd, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Spülmaschine), Bad mit Wachmaschine und Badewanne. Alle Fenster und der Balkon gehen in Richtung Süden auf den Innenhof, daher ist es eigentlich immer angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral gelegen 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Turmstraße. Kaution 1000 €

Ich wünsche mir ruhige und zuverlässige Untermieter. Die Wohnung eignet sich für 1-2 Personen, ist aber nicht WG-tauglich.

I’m subletting my flat from 02/20/2020 to 04/30/2020. The rent is 850 € per month (including all costs like internet, electricity and heating). I will leave all the furniture you can see on the photos in the room. The flat has a living-/bedroom with a 6 m² balcony, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer) and a bathroom with washing mashine and bathtub. All windows and the balcony are facing southwards in direction of the inner courtyard, what makes the flat pleasantly quiet. The flat is centrally situated, only 2 minutes walking distance from U-Bahn station Turmstraße. Deposit of 1000 €

I'm looking for quiet and reliable subtennants. The flat is suitable for 1-2 persons, but it's not suitable as a shared flat.
