Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich habe eine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Whg zu vergeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, zentral gelegen - nach Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain ist es nicht weit, der sachöne Treptower Park lockt zum Sonnenbad an der Spree. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis, Pizza/Döner etc. alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein helles sonniges Wohn/ Schlafzimmer. Ich möchte umziehen, daher suche ich jemanden, der bereit ist meine neue Einbauküche und andere Sachen je nach Absprache zu übernehmen.
Wenn du Interesse hast schreib mir eine Mail mit ein paar Worten zu dir und wir machen eine Besichtigung aus.

you are looking for an appartment for long term. I offer a nice, cosy one-room-flat, central located - it´s not far to Neukölln centre, Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg and if you´re up for a sunbath in Treptower Park at the Spree you´re just right.
Shops, supermarket etc. are easy to reach.
The appartment has a nice bath with bathtube, a small kitchen with everything in it and a bright sunny living room. I am looking for someone who is willing to takeover the kitchen and other stuff for some extra money.
If you´re interested sent me a mail with some infos and we´ll make a visiting date.
