Biete helle 1-Zimmer-Whg. im schönen Kreuzkölln zum Tausch. Die Wohnung ist frisch saniert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohn-und Schlafzimmer mit großem Fenster, davon abgehend ist eine kleine Küche. Ich habe eine neue Einbauküchenzeile eingebaut, die inklusive Kühlschrank etc. würde ich nach Absprache überlassen.
Das Bad ist groß, hell und hat eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen nach Friedrichshain und nach Kreuzberg ist es ein Katzensprung. Insbesondere im Sommer, der jetzt ja bald kommt,kannst du super zu Fuß zum Club der Visionäre und den anderen Bars zwischen Treptower Park und Schlesi.
In unmittelbarer Nähe hast du Busse, die dich zum Ostkreuz, an den Hermannplatz und zur Boddinstraße etc bringen (104, 194, 167, 171).
Der schöne Treptower Park ist in ca 15 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich suche nach einem WG Zimmer min. 20 qm in einer 2er WG oder nach einer 1-Zimmer Whg. in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Neukölln, Mitte oder Prenzlauer Berg. Max. 300 EUR. Wenn du also ein Tauschangebot hast, wäre ich auch sehr dankbar.

Bright single appartment in Kreuzkölln is waiting for you. The appartment is freshly refurbished and in top condition. It has a big living room with a big window, a small kitchen, in which I montaged a fitted kitchen that you can have for a little extra money, and a big, bright bathroom with a bathing tube.
It is very central located. Short distance to Friedrichshaind and Kreuzberg.
Especially in summer you can walk to the Club der Visionäre and all the other bars and clubs around Schlesiches Tor.
Many buses drive you to Neukölln and Ostkreuz (104, 194, 167, 171).
It´s a15 minutes walk to the beautiful Treptower Park.
I am looking for a minimum 20 m2 room in a two-person flatshare or a single appartment in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Neukölln, Mitte oder Prenzlauer Berg for max 300 EUR. So I would be very happy for any tips.
