You enter the freshly painted and furnished apartment through the hallway. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. The living, dining and bedroom is well cut and equipped with dining table, chairs, bed, wardrobe and seating. The kitchen is also brand new and includes a new fitted kitchen.

The apartment is currently being furnished. The photos were taken before the renovation and furnishing, so do not yet correspond to the final state.
Move-in possible from 01.05.2023.

Rent amount:
1.298 € all inclusive rent (including internet, electricity, hot water and heating).
Only in case of excessive consumption of heating and hot water, the landlord reserves the right to settle with the tenant the cost of consumption in excess of normal consumption.
