da wir die kommenden Monate nur sporadisch in Berlin sein werden, vermieten wir unsere schöne helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln unter. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein morgens sonniges großes Schlafzimmer, eine südseitige und stets helle Küche zum Hof, einen kleinen Flur und ein geräumiges Bad. Sie hat einen formschönen Schnitt, - jeder Raum ist vieleckig und offen geschnitten. Zur Donaustr. hin hat die Wohnung eine kleine Loggia/Balkon, der sich bestens für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder einen Wein am Abend eignet.
Da wir seit kurzem zu zweit hier wohnen, haben wir relativ viele Sachen. Insbesondere unsere deutsch-französiche Bibliothek ist recht umfangreich geworden. Lesen ist erlaubt. :)

Comme nous ne serons à Berlin que sporadiquement pendant les mois à venir, nous sous-louons notre bel appartement lumineux d'une pièce à Neukölln. L'appartement dispose d'une grande chambre ensoleillée le matin, d'une cuisine orientée sud et toujours lumineuse donnant sur la cour, d'un petit couloir et d'une salle de bain spacieuse. Il a une belle coupe - chaque pièce est polygonale et ouverte. Côté Donaustr., l'appartement dispose d'une petite loggia/balcon, idéale pour prendre un café le matin ou un vin le soir.
Comme depuis peu nous habitons à deux ici, nous avons accumulé pas mal de choses. Notre bibliothèque franco-allemande, en particulier, est devenue assez vaste. La lecture est autorisée. :)

as we will hardly be in Berlin during the upcoming months, we are subletting our nice bright 1 room flat in Neukölln. The flat has a large bedroom that is sunny in the morning, a south-facing and always bright kitchen facing the courtyard, a small hallway and a spacious bathroom. It has an elegant cut - every room is polygonal and open. The flat has a small loggia/balcony facing the Donaustr. This is perfect for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
As we have been two to live here for some months, we have quite a lot of things. In particular, our German-French library has become quite extensive. You will find some English book too, though. Reading is allowed. :)
Die Wohnung liegt am Eingang von Rixdorf mit seinem alten Baumbestand, seinen Pflastersteinstraßen und Gaslaternen. In unmittelbarer Laufnähe finden sich viele Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, die auch im Herbst noch zum Draußensitzen und Verweilen einladen. Die nahegelegenen Hauptadern Nord-Neuköllns - Karl-Marx-Str. und Sonnenallee - bieten fußläufig alle Bedarfe des täglichen Lebens. Nur wenig weiter findet man den Landwehrkanal und in der anderen Richtung die Neuköllner Oper, den Heimathafen und das Passage-Kino.
Über die U-Bahn-Linie 7 und den Bus M41 ist die Wohnung perfekt an ganz Berlin angeschlossen.

À proximité immédiate se trouvent de nombreux cafés, restaurants et bars qui invitent à s'asseoir dehors et à s'attarder même en automne. Les artères principales du nord de Neukölln - Karl-Marx-Str. et Sonnenallee - offrent tous les besoins de la vie quotidienne à pied. Un peu plus loin, on trouve le Landwehrkanal et, dans l'autre direction, le Neuköllner Oper, le Heimathafen et le cinéma Passage.
L'appartement est parfaitement relié à tout Berlin par la ligne de métro 7 et le bus M41.
The flat is located at the entrance to Rixdorf with its old trees, cobblestone streets and gas lanterns. There are many cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance, inviting you - even in autumn - to sit outside and linger. The nearby main arteries of North Neukölln - Karl-Marx-Str. and Sonnenallee - offer all the necessities of daily life within walking distance. Just a little further, you will find the Landwehr Canal and, in the other direction, the Neukölln Opera, the Heimathafen and the Passage cinema.
The flat is perfectly connected to the whole of Berlin via underground line 7 and bus M41.
Die Miete von insg. 800 Euro bezieht sich auf einen Monat. Für den gesamten Zeitraum (2 Monte) wären es also 1.600,- Euro. Die Wohnung kann von einer Einzelperson, aber auch ohne weiteres von einem Pärchen bewohnt werden. Da auch unser Pflanzenbestand in letzter Zeit gewachsen ist, wären wir sehr dankbar, wenn ihr die Pflanzen gießen könntet.
Le loyer total de 800,- € se refère à la période d'un mois. Le loyer pour le temps entier (2 mois) sera alors de 1.600,- €. L'appartement peut être habité par une personne seule, mais aussi sans problème par un couple. Comme notre stock de plantes a également augmenté ces derniers temps et que le balcon est enfin végétalisé, nous vous serions très reconnaissants si vous pouviez arroser les plantes.
The all inclusive rent of 800,- € refers to one month. For the entire time (2 months), rent would be 1.600,- €, accordingly. The flat can be used by a single person, but also by a couple. Since our plant stock has also grown recently and the balcony is finally green, we would be very grateful if you could water the plants.
