Hi!
I'm subletting my lovely apartment located on a quiet corner, and two minutes walk to the lively area around the Landwehrkanal. Cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurant and hip bars are all within minutes walk.
The flat is convenient for one person, it's cosy, has a nice balcony, plenty of sun, and is furnished. ---Not suitable for partying.---
On the other hand, there are many plants in the flat and on the balcony and so if that's something you like, perhaps you'd enjoy keeping them alive and happy :)

The apartment is located in a residential street in the middle of the city, close to the Landwehrkanal, several nice parks are easily accessible, 1 minutes walk to public transport. If you know how to cycle, I can leave you my bike for a small deposit. (Berlin is a bike-friendly city :)
