da ich aus beruflichen Gründe für 6 Wochen unterwegs sein werde, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln unter. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, mit Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine etc ausgestattet und befindet sich im Hinterhaus. Es ist also sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage.

Die 800€ beziehen sich auf den kompletten Zeitraum von 6 Wochen, sprich, mietest du die Wohnung nur für 4 Wochen, zahlst du natürlich weniger :)

because I will be away for 6 weeks for professional reasons, I sublet my 1 bedroom apartment in Neukölln. The apartment is furnished, equipped with washing machine, coffee maker etc and is located in the back house. So it is very quiet, despite the central location.
Important information:
I rent exclusively to women*!!!
The 800€ refers to the complete period of 6 weeks, so if you rent the apartment only for 4 weeks, you will pay less of course :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station Leinestraße (U8 in 2 min), die S-Bahn Station Hermannstr. (S41/42) ist nur eine Station mit der U8 bzw. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
In der Umgebung befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi 1 min, Bio Company 1 min, Lidl 5 min, …) und unzählige Spätis. Ausserdem ist das Tempelhofer Feld direkt um die Ecke (10 min).

The apartment is located near the subway station Leinestraße (U8 in 2 min), the S-Bahn station Hermannstr. (S41/42) is only one stop by U8 or 15 min walk away.
In the surrounding area there are many shopping facilities (Aldi 1 min, Bio Company 1 min, Lidl 5 min, ...) and countless Spätis. In addition, the Tempelhofer Feld is just around the corner (10 min).
Zur Absicherung möchte ich gerne einen Untermietvertrag vorschlagen, in dem wir alle wichtigen Informationen festhalten.
