Du hast die Wohnung meistens ganz für dich alleine, mein Mann und ich sind beruflich sehr viel unterwegs und auf Reisen (und behalten ein Zimmer für uns in der voll möblierten Wohnung.)


Die möblierte, voll ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock eines Altbaus mit Morgen - und Abendsonne, ist sehr ruhig und dennoch absolut zentral ( 1 min zur U-Bahn). Altbau, Dielen, Balkon...

100 qm Wohnung:

1 x großes helles Wohnzimmer + 1 x großer Balkon
1 x großes helles Esszimmer
1 x kleines aber gemütliches Schlafzimmer
1 x kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche (kein Geschirrspüler!)
1 x großes helles Bad mit Badewannne und zwei separaten Waschbecken + Waschmaschine

+ 1 Zimmer, welches wir privat nutzen. Mein Mann ist selbstständig und ich bin Ärztin, wir nutzen die Wohnung/ das Zimmer nur wenn wir in Berlin sind. Max 2 Wochenenden/ Monat. Heißt, du hast die Wohnung so gut wie für dich alleine.

1 room in a big spaciuous Appartement- you will have the flat mostly for yourself. (My husband and me keep one room and will be there very rarely only from time to time. )


Large, fully equipped apartment on the upper floor of an old building - very sunny, very quiet but nevertheless central (1 min to subway station and shopping Center incl bio supermarket, discounters, drugstores, gyms, etc. pp.). Bars, restaurants, parks are around. Old building, plank floor, balcony ...


1 x a large and bright living room plus large balcony
1 x small, fully equipped kitchen (without a dishwasher)
1 x a large and bright dining room
1 x small but very cozy bedroom
1 x large and bright bath room with two separate sinks, a bathtub pluswashing machine.

+ 1 room, which we use ourself. My husband is self-employed and I am a doctor. We only use the apartment/room when we are in Berlin. Max 2 weekends / month. This means you pretty much have the apartment to yourself.
