Hello,
I am renting out my apartment with balcony from
March 28th to April 10th, 2024 for 13 days.
Die Wohnung liegt super gelegen in der Herrfurthstraße im Schillerkiez, es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und zu U-Bahnstation Boddinstr. sind es weniger als 5 min bzw. zum Bus ca. 2min. Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert mit einem 1,60 m breiten Bett vermietet.
Eine Besichtigung, ggf. auch online, ist möglich und ich werde einen befristeten kurzzeitigen Mietvertrag aufstellen inkl. einer Kaution in Höhe von 500 €, welche ich bei der Schlüsselrückgabe zurückzahle.
Die Wohnung wird nicht langzeitig vermietet, sonder nur für den genannten Zeitraum! Fragen, ob eine langzeitige Miete möglich ist werde ich nicht beantworten.
The apartment is in a great location on Herrfurthstrasse in the Schillerkiez, there are many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby and it is less than 5 minutes to the Boddinstrasse subway station and about 2 minutes to the bus. The apartment is rented fully furnished with a 1.60 m wide bed.
A viewing, possibly online, is possible and I will draw up a temporary short-term rental agreement including a deposit of €500, which I will pay back when the keys are returned.
The apartment is not rented out long-term, but only for the stated period! I will not answer questions about whether a long-term rental is possible.
Ggf. Ist auch eine kürzere Mietdauer möglich, dann beträgt der Preis 50€ pro Nacht.
