Hallo,
suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
(Zum 1.9. oder 1.10)
Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus und sehr geräumig.
Eine Küche ist als separater Raum zu haben. Meine momentanen Abschlagszahlungen sind: 20€ Strom und 8€ Gas. Wobei mein Stromverbrauch schon recht hoch ist.
Die Wohnung ist echt schön und ist nur drei Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Leinestraße entfernt. Die Ringbahn ist auch sehr gut zu erreichen.
Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. (Aldi, Lidl, Kaisers, Spätis). Über eine teilmöbilierte Übernahme lässt sich sprechen.
Mhm, bei Interesse einfach melden, Termine gibt es jetzt aber erst wieder ab August. Ich bitte um euer Verständnis.
PS. Würde die Wohnung auch gegen eine WG (Neukölln/Kreuzkölln/Kreuzberg)tauschen.
