Ich vermiete meine Wohnung in Neukölln ab diesem Juli bis März nächsten Jahres. Vielleicht auch noch länger. Das ist noch nicht ganz klar. Auf jeden Fall Suche ich eine vertrauenswürdige Person die Lust hat in dieser Zeit meine Wohnung zu bewohnen und gut auf sie aufzupassen:-).
Zur Wohnung: Sie liegt in einem sehr hellen und grünbewachsenen Hinterhof. Die Anwohner sind sehr nett. Es gibt ein Hochbett und damit noch mehr Platz zum Arbeiten etc.
Es gibt eine Küche, ein kleines bad und ein großes Zimmer. Die Heizung und die Fenster sind ganz neu.
Wenn Ihr interesse habt, dann schickt mir doch einfach eine Mail(diezzone(at)web.de) mit ein paar Worten zu Euch und wir machen was aus die nächsten Tage. Da ich nächste Woche schon weg fahre, habe ich nur Montag, Dienstag und Mittwoch(7.,8.,9.Mai) Zeit für Besichtigungen.

I am subletting my flat in Neukölln from Juli this year to March next year(maybe even longer). I am looking for a trustworthy person who likes to live in the flat this time.
The flat is in a green and bright backyard. Its quiet and the neighbours are nice. There is a loft bed an so al lot of space.
Heating and Windows are new.
If you are interested just write me an Email(diezzone(at)web.de) with a few words to you and we can fix a meeting the next days. As I have to leave Berlin next week we only can meet Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday(7.,8.,9. of May)
