Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock eines Hinterhauses, ist sehr ruhig und hell, besitzt Dielen und hohe Decken. Das Zimmer hat ca. 20qm und die Küche 12qm, sie ist sehr geräumig, evt. als Wohnküche nutzbar.
Mittlerweile sind meine Wände nicht mehr so weiß wie auf den Bildern.
Mit Ausnahme des Flurs sind alle Zimmer (z.T. relativ dunkel) gestrichen. Da ich selbst nicht mehr die Zeit habe, die Wände zu weißen, müsstest du sie so übernehmen.
In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die U7, M41 (und andere Buslinien).
Es werden sehr gerne Studenten genommen.
Wichtig ist aber, dass du einen zahlungsfähigen Bürgen besitzt.
Nochwas: da der Januar nicht mehr weit entfernt ist, solltest du die nötigen Unterlagen für den Vermieter bereits zur Hand haben.
