Da immer alles anders als geplant kommt, hier meine superschöne Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen zum Tausch. Es sind ca. 38 qm im Flur und im Hauptzimmer heller Laminat. Vom Hauptzimmer gehen zwei echt große Balkon ab. Es ist hell und groß genug um sich richtig schön einzurichten. Der Flur ist auch geräumig, habe ein großes Regal drin stehen und immer nich genug Platz für Garderobe etc. Es ist auch eine praktische Abstellkammer vorhanden.
Das Bad ist mit Wanne und Fenster ausgestattet und naürlich gefließt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit Fenster und gefließt. Dort bleibt auf jedenfall Herd und Spüle (in Arbeitsplatte )drinn.
Der ganze Spaß Kostet 430 Warm. Ich suche etwas günstigeres brauch auch keine Balkon.... bitte in Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, Alt Treptow oder Mitte, Schöneberg oder Charlottenburg vllt. sogar Wedding wenns ne gute Anbindung hat....
