ich vermiete meine hübsche wohnung vom 27.7. bis 3.8. sie liegt in einem innenhof ganz oben und hat morgensonne. es ist hier sehr ruhig und der landwehrkanal liegt vor der tür. zwei parks sind direkt um die ecke. nette cafes, zimt & mehl, sehr lebendig, und der fischtank, ruhig und chillig, sind ganz nah. diverse einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch nen bioladen sind fußläufig erreichbar. die wohnung ist 35qm groß und hat ein duschbad. das zimmer hat einen neuen futon, einen großen alten schreibtisch, eine kleine couch und alles was der mensch so braucht. ich wünsche mir eine person (oder zu zweit?), die stubenrein ist und sich gerne um meine pflanzen kümmert.
