U7 Rathaus Neukoelln
It is the south side apartment, you can feel brightness. I have a small balcony and a bathtub in a bathroom. The neighbors of this apartment are nice and friendly. U7 Rathaus Neukoelln is the nearest station (3 minutes walk). You can walk for 15 minutes to U8 Harmannplatz. If you use Bus often, then Bus 29 and Bus41.
Near here, there are many nice café in Neukoelln style, a cheese shop (my favorite), bio supermarket (next corner), Arkarden shopping mall etc. . . Quite practical and nice ☺ The area North of Neukoelln is a mix-cultural arty area where many international artists live. You can spend time to discover different cafe places and find your favorite one! It is not at all dangerous area, you can come back home late at midnight. There are still people on street.
