Die Wohnung ist 35 qm groß, ist sanierter Altbau (mit schönem Stuck) und sehr hell. Natürlich hat sie eine Küche mit Kühlschrank und allem drum und dran. Sie wäre mit allem Equipment zum Kochen ausgestattet, da ich vermutlich erstmal nicht viel mitnehmen werde. Eine Waschmaschine wäre auch zur Verfügung. Internet und Festnetzanschluss wären auch da. Mein Bett ist ein Luxus-Hochbett (vom Tischler extra angefertigt) ;) und nimmt daher nicht viel Raum ein. Inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Internet/Festnetztelefon, Rundfunkgebühr, Strom, Wärme, Mitbenutzung) 508€ im Monat."
